Finishing Progress

Here are a few pictures showing the latest progress on the finishing. They show what the room doors look like in situ as well as the breezeway shutters. The others show the inside of the kitchen and the inside of a bathroom. Unfortunately pictures of these interiors suffer from poor light but it should provide a feel for the spaces concerned.

The two wing buildings are nearing completion, however quite a lot of work remains to be done on the bar building. The pool is the other major element to the project and work to complete this is proceeding at the moment. The tiling and marble dust should be completed before Christmas I am assured.

Besides that we have begun work on the grounds. Much of the clean up is really the builders responsibility but were we to wait for him we would could miss some of the best weather for planting and general garden husbandry. We have therefore taken a lot of this on ourselves and hope the grounds will be ready almost in line with completion of building.
