Upper level living area frame was lifted this morning. Also work on frame of Lodge 2 starting.

Lodge construction

Around three weeks in. Concrete foundations posts, water cistern and septics are in place and the frame of Lodge 1 is taking shape.

Leston is in charge once again and Mark Havey of Roatan Life is marketing the property.

Cocolobo and Luminosity

Cocolobo is now hosting regular dinners with our professional caterer friends Frank Omallie and Mikey from Luminosity caterers.

The first four-courser was held on 13 February and was a great success. The second dinner takes place this Friday and features Red Snapper Fillet encrusted with fresh Ginger and Coconut topped with a Lime and Star Fruit sauce. Also Chocolate, Espresso Torte with Raspberry Rum Glaze!
