Finishing Touches

With the arrival of our first guests at the end of this week (March 9), Cocolobo is about to open its doors. Last-minute activity has centered on building the bar (see photo) and completing the kitchen: we hope both will be functioning by week’s end. The car acquired for the business, a Honda CRV, is up and running. The work of tidying up the garden has been labour-intensive but rewarding with some delightful corners quickly established and other plants showing plenty of early growth. As you will see, the pool is completed. Anna and Rodrigo want you to know that they took a mere couple of minutes off work to pose for the photo: this is not a habitual scene - yet, at least!
