Feb Update

With the exteriors all but finished here are some views of what the Cocolobo looks like from the shore. One photograph shows the porch doors which have been installed to date. The idea is that these will remain open for the most part but can be closed in bad weather.

The second layer of decking is now almost complete on the top floor of all the buildings. This will insultae those below from water, sand, etc.

We have been clearing and cleaning the grounds behind the buildings through which all visitors will approach the hotel. We are restricted in what we can grow by the exposed nature of the site but hopefully have hit upon some solutions.

With the exception of the bar areas most work is now confined to the interiors. In the West Building the builder now has a list of final corrections and details which need to be addressed before it can be declared ready. Our next goal is to reach this stage in the East Building.
