Here are a couple more photos for those investors who haven't yet made it out to Roatan. They two show the views over Half Moon Bay - just a two or three minute walk from Seagrape.

I have finally worked out how to attach pix so you should get a better idea of what is happening on site from here on in...these first pictures show Sally and Rodrigo staking out the land - plans in hand!

Hot Wednesday

Hello all from sunny Honduras.

Progressing well. We have met with Vicente and staked out the land regarding the siting of all three buildings. Sallyn and Rodrigo have met with Banco Atlandida and all went very smoothly.
The site is currently being cleared by three or four men with machetes! Pictures to come!

We await LIT permission to actually break ground but shouldn't be long now - we hope.

The way to keep up!

Hello all

This is the place where you can easily track progress on the building work at Seagrape - starting imminently! Sally arrives in Roatan on Saturday. I arrive on Sunday 19th, Rodrigo too I think.

I will post information and photos on the building process here a few times each week. This should be a good way to keep everyone in the loop and somewhere to ask questions, discuss issues that come up...
